Charlie “Buck” Moore

    Charlie developed his ear for music by listening to his father, who was a drummer in a Big Band Orchestra during WWII, “drum” on the steering wheel of the family car for years as a child.  “Buck,” as he is known to family and friends, began his early percussion career in the family living room on a variety of cardboard boxes, pots and pans.  After several “talent shows,” his mom decided he needed a real drum set. Since the age of twelve, Buck has been playing drums and percussion in the Atlanta area for a variety of local bands.

    Buck’s eclectic style of play incorporates rock, jazz, alternative and many other musical influences. As the group was forming, Buck was completing his unusual studio, which has now become the practice home for BrightWater.  Buck has been employed for 17+ years with BellSouth Business Systems, where he currently holds the position of Project Manager II. Buck has a Masters Certification of Project Management from George Washington University.
